Water? There’s no problem

I’m really rilled right now. Havelock North water is chlorinated due to bugs in water. I have a few questions on this subject, why did it take so long to chlorinate the water? -I’ve heard of cases existing since Wednesday.
Is the aquifer water fine near the library?

Is local swimming pools OK to swim in? Why are the schools opening tomorrow considering it’s so widespread?

-Since I’ve seen reports that 94/100 kids were off school at Te Mata for stomach upset. There was also reports from Hereworth School & Havelock North Primary School.

Is there any medication people can take to reduce this sickness?

Should we be using the water to wash hands?

Why does it take the HBDHB forever to make news about this issue?

Could this big spread to Hastings? Is it contagious?

Are dishwashers OK to use since we have to boil the water to drink it?

Some of these questions I’ve seen on a few of my friends Facebook pages of which not all have been answered. It would be great to get some answers. I don’t like to rant on Facebook but these questions need answers.

PEOPLE NEED FACTS AND ANSWERS. IF YOU HAVE ANSWERS BE BRAVE AND GIVE OUT THE INFO. THE MORE INFO THATS GIVEN OUT, YOU WILL REDUCE SICKNESS AND SAVE LIVES.
