Chocolate Malteser Fudge
These delectable treats are ready to be scoffed.
Ingredients
- 280 grams Packet of Malteasers
- 180 grams Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
- 200 grams Dark Chocolate Melts
- 395 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 x 180 grams Caramilk, Chopped
- silber cachous to decorate
Instructions
- Grease a 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending 2cm above pan edges.
- Arrange Maltesers in a single layer over base of pan.
- In a large heatproof bowl, set over a saucepan of simmering water, combine milk and dark chocolates and condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Working quickly pour mixture over Maltesers in pan. Gently smooth top and shake pan to settle ingredients. Chill 4 hours until firm.
- Using the baking paper, lift fudge from pan and invert, Maltesers-side up. Melt Caramilk in a microwave-safe bowl on medium in 15-second bursts until melted and smooth. Drizzle Caramilk over Maltesers and sprinkle cachous (if you want)
- Chill for 30 mins until set. Cut into squares or rectangles to serve
