Are you stressed out?

They say exercise and keeping fit is an excellent way to combat stress, but if that doesn’t work then take a look at this.

This diet is designed to help you cope with the stress that builds up over the day

BREAKFAST 1 grapefruit

1 slice unbuttered wholemeal toast

1 g1ass of skim milk

LUNCH 1 cup legumes

1 cup steamed spinach

1 cup herb tea

1 cameo cream biscuit

AFI’ERNOO TEA rest of cameo cream biscuits in the packet

2 litres hockey pokey Ice-cream

DINNER giant Hawaiian pizza

2 loaves garlic bread

1 jug or k cans of beer ‘

2 Moro or Mars bars.

SUPPER frozen desert eaten straight from the freezer

RULES OF THE DIET

1 if you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories

2 if you drink a diet coke or lemonade with a chocolate bar then the calories in the chocolate bar are cancelled out by the diet

3 when you eat with someone else, calories don’t count if you eat t same food

4 food for medicinal purposes have no calories, i.e. brandy or hot chocolate drinks

5 broken biscuits have no calories as they are leaked out in the breaking process

6 things licked from spoons or beaters have no calories

7 thinks that are the same colour have the same calories

I.e. mushrooms and white chocolate

I.e. spinach and kiwifruit ice-cream

Note. Chocolate is a universal food colour and so maybe substitute for any food
